Senior Associate

Nicolás Parada

Nicolás is a double qualified lawyer in Spain and Argentina. He joined the team at Triay & Triay’s Spanish Law Firm in July of 2014 and specialises in Conveyance, Commercial and Business Law with a focus in litigation, investments, inheritance, and appeals.

Nicolas is a highly competent lawyer with more than 10 years’ experience working in Argentina, the UK and Spain for leading law firms as well as in-house counsel for the UK government and international private clients.


He studied and qualified as a lawyer in 2011 at the University of Austral, Buenos Aires, the leading University of Law in Argentina and then practiced as a lawyer at Nicholson & Cano, a top ten law firm in Buenos Aires, specialising in environmental law and litigation.


With a view to qualifying to practice law in Europe and perfecting his use of the English Language, he moved to the UK and worked as a senior legal assistant for Devon County Council, the largest local authority in SE England.


He then obtained a master’s in law from the University of Granada in 2013, passing the Spanish bar exam in 2015 and was called to the Malaga Bar Association in 2016.


He currently works as a Senior Associate, his work focuses on real estate law, Golden Visas, SPVs (special purpose vehicles), litigation, inheritance and much more. He is fluent in both Spanish and English and this coupled with his excellent communication skills, problem solving ability and a razor sharp focus on commercial solutions to benefit his clients has driven his career from strength to strength.
