Circumstances and the legal environment have changed. In the new context derived from the state of alarm and the entry into force of the “Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, COVID-19” has left many real estate agents and direct clients in a unforeseen situation, with limited elements, such as, among others:
- Embassies and consulates closed and impossibility of obtaining powers of representation.
- Impossibility of obtaining the necessary Hague Apostille on documents.
- Notaries and property registries, commercial closed.
- No possibility of obtaining the NIE or CIF.
