Alvaro studied Law at Malaga University, finishing his Bachelor Degree in 2009 and joining Triay immediately in 2010.
He is specialized in Company Law, Commerce Law and Tax Law focused on tax inspections, tax claims, appeals, taxes, etc. He is the Senior Tax Legal Advisor, leading the Legal advisers Team of the firm. He speaks Spanish and English and has been advising a large number of International Companies in respect of financial services matters. He is also specialized in Sport Law and assists a fairly large numberof professional sport players with financial services and Tax structures.
His extreme desire to learn led him to obtai two Master´s degrees combining the studies with his job at Triay. The first a Master’s in Company Law Advice (University of Malaga, 2011) and the second one in International Business Operations (Seville Chamber Commerce, 2012). At the present Alvaro is undertaking a Master’s in Tax Advice (ESESA, Málaga) and taking his PhD thesis in “Tax abuse and Tax avoidance in International Tax Law: Analysis of the doctrine of the European Cout of Justice and Tax Harmonisation in the European Union Law”.
