Known as Juancho, he studied in the University of Navarra (1983-1988) and after finishing a Master in Business Legal Advice he was called to the bar in Madrid in 1989. At the outset of his career he firstly specialized in aviation law and worked for one of the leading Spanish firms in this area. In 1990 he started to work as a member of the legal advisory team of CESCE, the major Export Credit Insurance Company in Spain. Two years later he became a member of one of the major Spanish firms: CMS Albiñana& Suárez de Lezo (formerly Melchor de Las Heras), where he became a partner in 2002.
In 2003 he had the opportunity to manage the new office of the firm located in Marbella. Juancho has wide ranging experience in civil and commercial matters and is able to provide practical legal advice given his wide ranging experience.
Juan Jose joined Triay in 2011, where he is specialized in Real Estate Transactions,and in Litigations (Commercial and Civil). He is a well known personality in Marbella, being also the president of CIT Marbella,The Entrepreneurs Association of Marbella.
