Mauricio is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution and Private Client teams.
Mauricio qualified as a solicitor when he obtained a Degree in Law at the University of Navarra in 2009. During his time there, Mauricio worked at the International Private Law Department at the same university.
He was called to the Pamplona Bar Association in 2011 and to the Malaga Bar Association in 2012, joining Triay and Triay the same year.
He also took a Master Degree on Civil & Criminal Law Practice at the University of Navarra in 2011 and in 2016 a Master Degree on Banking Law at the Andalucian International University (UNIA).
Mauricio is well-versed in dealing with the most demanding of clients, often in both complex and challenging situations, having represented individuals and companies from a range of backgrounds over the last 12 years.
Mauricio has extensive experience in Civil and Criminal Litigation Law, Matrimonial Law and Real State Law.
He is a member of the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (AEAFA).
Mauricio speaks English fluently.
