Nico completed his Law Studies at the University of Austral, Buenos Aires in 2011. After obtaining his Bachelor degree he started working as a legal assistant for the labour and Tax legislative branch of the government of Argentina followed by practicing as a lawyer in one of the top ten law firms in Buenos Aires called Nicholson & Cano, specializing in environmental law and litigation.

He moved to the UK, where he perfected his English language and/while worked/ing as a senior legal assistant for Devon County Council, the largest authority in SE England. Then, he obtained a master’s in law from the University of Granada in 2013 followed by being called to the Malaga Bar Association in 2016, starting at Triay & Triay in the same year.

Nicolas is also specialized in the Real Estate law, including contracts (to buy and sell for off-plan and resale properties), construction projects, giving legal advice to business to Consumer (drafting KYC forms, Letters of Intent, Offer Terms and Conditions, Reservation Agreements, Private Purchase Contracts), business to business (drafting building contracts, advising on builders legal guarantees and warranties, and advising on mortgage loans, subrogation, insurance policies and bank guarantees.), Spain Golden Visa and any procedures related to the Real Estate law.

After working as a highly competent lawyer for more than 10 years he has developed an extreme ability to resolve problems always giving a razor-sharp focus on commercial solutions to benefit his clients, all complemented with his domination of English and Spanish.
